How do i fix my winged scapula, i have one similar to this one
any exercises without weights?
Thanks in advance
My type of winged scapula is acute, it wasnt due to a injury and i have it both on the right side and the left side, getting fatter maybe would help since im skinny but even if i would be overweight they would still be prominent
I didn't even know what this was called but I have it. Probably from years of bad posture

Don´t you want to fix it? Doesn´t it look ugly on you?
Starting eating and lifting. Deadlifts will help.

I really don't mind.

Do you hide them or something?

I wear shirts if that's what you're asking...
Yoooo I have this too. I tried some cheap shapewear to keep my shoulders back, but it wouldn't do anything. It's probably from bad posture, but I know I mostly didn't have the energy/body fat to hold myself up. Also the scoliosis.

how are you now?

The same moslty. I'd say adding weight and muscle helps a lot. You should probably also do stretches to open up/relax your chest and shoulders

yeah i guess that´s the trick
