Am I addicted and should I just quit and cold turkey away from my PC? I really only collect desires and feel bad about myself for doing nothing but sit by my PC all day.
This has been going on for years so I'm beyond burned out. I can however still laugh while actually playing. It's so confusing.

You need to drop off the computer and start doing some other shit.
It's hard as fuck, I know, I feel the same as you, but you must do it. Start with little things, hobbies, do some exercise, whatever it is, but start doing something else.
You need to get a routine going on, and then, you'll slowly start feeling more motivated.
Basically, step out of the comfort zone.
