It's probably just some saliva or mucus that pooled in a sinus somewhere then was able to get out. It's theoretically possible it's CSF but you'd be having a headache by now if that was really leaking.

OP this exact same thing has happened to me multiple times. It's usually a precursor to a sinus infection or cold in my experience.

Drink hot drinks, take vitamin C, you'll be fine. Yellow watery mucus just means your body is fighting sickness.

Your brain might be leaking. Better get it checked.

This happened to me once when I was really little. I forget what the doctor said but I think I got put on antibiotics
