Start looking for a job and apply to different local places. Ask about their day, and try to help their errands around the house. I suggest you to get outside for daily walks, acting like a couch potato won't get you anything.

I was the same. One day you will realise the reason that they see potential in you, even you even when you dont, is because they love you. You feel that they dont love you because they are trying to motivate you to stop being such a lazy shit
