I'm wondering if any of you have or had problems with cold fingers or toes? As a female I also read that the female body tries to conserve heat or smth and as a result, toes/fingers are cold, but how can I go against this?
I can't wear gloves all the time and they don't help 100%, I'm wearing 2 pairs of socks right now (one pair is a bit thicker sport type and another the thick wool type) and I can feel they're icy cold. This gets the worst during menstruations.
Anyone has any advice?

Sometimes I'll be sitting, with a warm/neutral temp, and I'll touch my own hand or nose, and it's cold as ice. I guess this is just a chick problem
