Wondering if anyone can loosely diagnose me as seeing a doctor is a bit difficult at the moment
Current symptoms are
Constant headaches
Loss of appetite
Nausea
Visual hallucinations ( I keep seeing shit out of the corner of my eye, like faces and shit moving then when I look at the object its still and fine)
I don't really want to have to see the doctor but this is really getting to me

This is a possibility for me because the past week I have been waking up after sleeping for only around 4 hours, I just go back to sleep and sleep for another 8 but every night I wake up in the middle of the night I'm not sure why as there is no noise or disturbances.

Also have diahreaa frequently if that helps in any way however that should just be due to the doxycycline(25mg) that I take daily.

Meditate before sleep and abstain from electronic devices 2 hours before sleep if possible.
