You'll need to ask the person you're buying it off of. Considering it's Amsterdam you can probably ask the guy at the shop what the THC/CBD ratios are and how potent this stuff is.

I can't tell you. Nobody here can tell you unless they eat the exact same brownie out of the exact same batch and have the same tolerance as you.
