Well, you don't need to wear feminine clothes. Typically all people look for are those with a good sense of fashion. It tends to be easier with dresses as all you do is throw that shit on, wear a nice pair of boots or something, tights, and an accessory and people assume you're all "dressed up".

If you have muscle you can get away with having a higher body fat %, as your ass can go from just being fat, to having shape and some jiggle.

Prettier is subjective, but for the most part, not being obese is prettier than being obese.

If you want to change your body, look at your diet, your lifestyle and what exercise you are getting.
If you want more arms, legs, ass or whatever, go to the gym and train the muscle groups in those areas.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT FAT REDUCTION BY EXERCISE
You can only lose fat from your stomach if you get liposuction.
