I feel like LSD has fucked my mind. I've only tried it 3 times but each time was a really bad trip

Now any time I watch weird sci-fi movies or read about philosophical topics like the allegory of the cave or solipsism, or even watch weird themed movies like The Truman Show or The Matrix, I get an overwhelming sense of anxiety thinking "Wtf, is this the reality?" and I think I depersonalization and derealization or something

It's weird. I feel like I want to get back to the real world. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it acid flashbacks?

About 4 months ago was the last time I took acid.

I had a really bad panic attack on weed though a month ago. I smoked way way way way too much concentrate with 0 tolerance and it was horrible

I think I've developed anxiety from my bad trips.

Hey I had a bad trip that made me come really close to suicide (impaired reasoning, not depressed). The best thing you can do is to stay sober for a while - this includes weed.

Also another point of advice for acid in general - hang up the phone when you get the message. Acid is great to see the world from another perspective, redevelop compassion and become at peace with death. However continuing to take acid over and over again just to see how deep the rabbit hole goes is unhealthy. Also the rabbit hole never ends - so take what you can learn from acid and apply it to your life instead
