Found your problem.

There's three options I can think of because let's establish this first, everyone likes to be around happy people and everyone looks more attractive if they're at ease and enjoying themselves.

Option one - you display behavior they find unmanly. Giggling, prancing around, being overly energetic (to the point of seeming manic/hysteric), doing voices, doing pranks, having to point out what a great time you're having, not knowing when to turn serious again etc.

Two - you just have a really annoying laugh.

Three - your happy mood does not come across as sincere. The whole "laughing at every lame joke" thing.

Now that's not to say I can't enjoy the company of high-energy people, I do. However, if someone is very loud, takes up the whole room when he talks, and gets in people's bubble a lot, that gets old, fast. Especially when the guy doing all these things has /b/-tier humor and an apparent complex about women.
