This is NOT going to be easy. Have some freezing cold ice water ready and easy to get to. Whenever you think about sex, gulp that ice water, grab the keys and go for a walk for 10 mins or so. You can also prepare a walking trail beforehand.

Accept the fact that if you are human, you will want sex. You will always think about sex. Don't use it as an excuse for you not doing anything. Go to school, better yourself, get a job, or like at least work out. That will typically make you feel better about being a human in general.

you should still cum twice a week. once from sex, great. another half way between your two usual sex nights, otherwise you get too horny and thinking about sex.

the trick to being more productive is having more to do. and scheduling it. masturbation is a lazy mans habit. its something you do cuz you have literally nothing else to do.
