Honestly it's hard to tell without a picture for reference (no not fishing, blue board and it would be a douche move trans or not) but pussies come in all shapes and sizes. Obviously there's still ones that stand out or indeed are not natural, but porn does give you a bit of a skewed perspective because they typecast and use photoshop in pics. Clits can be pretty big, up to looking like a rose thorn when engorged.

Having said that here are some telling signs;
>do the breasts look real? real breasts virtually always have a teardrop-shape rather than literal circular roundness; if her tits look like she's wearing a push up bra even without a bra on they're absolutely fake

>look at the hairline and whether it recedes - women can have a hair implant that's relatively far back, but then they'll still have hair growth right next to their ears; if there's a (relatively) bald patch all around the ear and above that's male pattern baldness
>if she sent you high quality pics, look for peach fuzz on her stomach - if it's really naked, no hair to be seen, then she shaved off a happy trail (NOTE: some women do have a happy trail so this is not conclusive in and by itself)
