I have a boyfriend who thinks I cheated on him and I don't remember doing this?
I'm too weirded out to talk to him about it because it was kinda long ago but I've "cheated" in the past because I've assumed me and the person weren't dating anymore I tend to get over relationships pretty quick.
I literally cannot remember a time with this other boy that this happened. My memory isn't the greatest but I remember these kinds of things. Help

Sounds like he's paranoid and too insecure about your relationship/himself. Were you possibly drunk at some point? I mean maybe something happened and you were under the influence of something? I don't know.
Other than that, I think you'd remember something like this. All you can do now is just sit him down and talk to him about it. Be as honest as possible - it's all you can be right now. If he doesn't handle it well, then you two need to rethink things about your relationship. "Is he insecure? Why is he so paranoid? What can we do as a couple to become stronger? Do I have actual memory problems that need some accessing?"
Also try some supplements from your local vitamin store and getting more sleep for memory problems. Gingko biloba will sometimes help, as well as just ordinary one-a-day multivitamins.
