Don't touch it, wash your mouth often, use mouth water on it 1-2 times per day. Also eat better food. If it doesn't go away in 4-5 days, consult with your doctor, you might have aids or cancer (joke)

It's a cold sore caused by the herpes virus. It will usually heal up after about 10 days. Its contagious. So avoid kissing, contact, sharing towels etc until it's healed up. Too late for any topical creams to make a difference.

Second the other poster, looks like a cold sore.

Yeah technically it's herpes. Lots of people have it though. Just make sure to not kiss people when you have a flare up, and especially not go down on someone because you can give them genital herpes this way.
