If a job is causing me an incredible amount of stress is it one worth keeping?
I don't know if I'm a whiny little pissbaby, but I'll let you guys in on the basic things that stress me the fuck out at work.
The amount of hours, the weeks fluctuate between basic 40 to 70 hour weeks. With days starting from 12pm and ending at 9pm and then starting at 6am the next day which leaves me with barely anytime to do anything for myself. This happens on a regular bases too.
Don't get me wrong the slow weeks are great, but when you have a whole month dedicated to bullshit hours and people quitting left and right because of it. Leaving the employees that stay (me) to pick up a LOT of slack.
So should I just bail and find something new? Or stick it out? The pay is decent, and I have plenty of hours but again, it's the fucking stress that kills me

Start looking for a different job.
If you don't find anything else, then stay,
else, switch jobs as soon as possible.
It's not worth spending most of your life, doing things that you hate, for a paycheck that will never make you rich anyway.

>for a paycheck that will never make you rich
Thank you Anon, I've never heard anything that describes my current situation so perfectly.
Fuck man and I have to work in like 5 hours, and I can't sleep because I have way too much on my mind
But thanks again

Whats the pay like?

Wow, same situation as me OP except I make less than a 9-5 at a call center. I'd say leave if you have another better job lined up. Personally I think this kind of job has advantages but if you're a normie with a social life and other stuff then it isn't worth it.

I'm in the Midwest United States making 13 dollars a hour.
I got some certifications for it but not 4 year college level. Could probably be making more doing some entry level shit that I probably enjoy if I look hard enough...
