Studying cyber security as a post grad, struggling with it. I've had a lecturer say he's worried about me and suggested maybe cyber security isn't for me and I look for something else.
I was thinking a business postgrad or something like this http://courses.curtin.edu.au/course_overview/postgraduate/GDip-InformationLibrary or this http://courses.curtin.edu.au/course_overview/postgraduate/GDip-RecordsArchives
Another option was doing a TAFE nursing course.

Same here lad. As an 18 year old I started studying applied physics, because physics was my favourite highschool subject. In the meantime I developed further and now applied mathematics, or artificial intelligence is more suitable for me.
If I were you I'd talk to your study advisor and figure out together what you liked best out of your studies in order to determine what you ought to give a try.

Masters I assume. What did you get wrong? was it some open question about the best way to DDOS some company, or something that can be nailed down?
If you want a job I would go for something that's more "core". Computer Science, GIS, Data Science (if the professor has got people into impressive R&D teams before, they will tell you if you ask).
