Does anyone have any tips to get rid of acne fast ..
I got really bad acne from being on steroids (prescribed from my dr for health related) and I got horrible acne some on my body too. I know lots about skincare but I can't seem to get rid of it..
I wash my face twice a day with a cleanser or scrub, just started using toner, and I use serum at morning and moisturizer at night if I get up before I sleep.. My problem seems to be they turn into little scars that stay in my face for a long time(I had acne last year and left scars that didn't go away for a full year !!) I'm also taking zinc and probiotics. I do face masks when I can (kinda low budget now and ran out of my last couple) I clean my phone and pillowcases etc
Should I start getting facials? Anyone wanna recommend specific products, diet tips? I am pretty educated about diet and what not but if there's anything specific that helped anyone? I would go see a dermatologist but it takes a while to acuslly even get an appointment and then if I do I feel like they will just either put me on antibiotics which I'm not down for I was just on them for a month for a health related thing or tell me to /prescribe salycic acid or benzoyl peroxide which I'm already aware about and have so it just seems like a waste . Pic related is the bad side of my face. No acne of chin or forehead, just the two sides, other side isn't as bad . I also have mild body acne from the steroids and have been using neutrogena body clear body wash,I've had it for like 3 weeks now I think it's getting better not sure tho

:( yeah idk. I think it's cuz they're turning into scars, like only a couple are on top my skin the rest are flat and like scars. I wonder if I try mederma or something. That stuff is expensive tho I don't have money rn :(
