Having tried to fuck my girlfriend for the first time i was unable to maintain an erection.

I feel you anon, but either two things:
1- you're not healthy to maintain a good erection, exercises help a lot with that
2- you just overthinking it and getting anxious over it
3- or maybe plainly simple you're not being aroused enough, which could be either cause there is no attraction or you're just not in the mood
either try again, stop fapping too much, I find a few 3~5 days between faps a good average
