Hey /adv/, Do hipflasks have a bad rep at parties?
I have a medical condition that means I can only drink moderate amounts of alcohol and I've brought my flask with spirits in it to a few parties since I prefer not to bring a whole bottle since I won't be able to drink large amounts at once.
Does it look bad when meeting new people and girls who are also getting drunk if I'm drinking from a flask?

Yes
Just drink a set amount of beers instead, you know the amount of brews you consume and can thus control it

Just tell people you do it so you don't get roofied.
It looks edgy as fuck lol.
I bring my own drinks to parties all the time, but I just bring them in normal containers.

So bottles then?
Unless you're an old 1930's detective, don't carry a flask to drink alcohol out of

So I should just bring it in a normal drink bottle instead?
Because the trouble of bringing an entire bottle is that people are going to want to share some.

I always bring a 6pack or a fifth to a party just to help the host out with supplying drinks, not just for myself. 5 dollars is a small price to pay for goodwill
