Would it be to much to ask to process stress like a normal human being?
Like everything just throws my stress levels through the roof
-not getting something in class
-unexpected expenses
-thoughts of loneliness, unsatisfaction, any mildly upsetting though really
This is destroying me, I'm an anxious, stress-filled mess. It's actually getting to me more and more and i just don't really know how to handle myself

It's helps in the moment yeah. But If I'm in class feeling I'm on the verge of an anxiety attack it doesn't really help

Not the dude you were talking to, but I used to smoke pretty heavily. It does help in the moment, but overall I think you end up feeling more anxious and shitty. Im quit and take my meds like a good boy, and things feel better now.
Just a +1 for the "don't do drugs!" team.
