How to get rid of the feeling that everybody hates me or that there's something wrong with me? Nobody says anything out loud and I know the evidence to back that up is shaky, but I can't get rid of the feeling.

I feel the same way OP. I feel like everyone who's nice to me is doing some fake act and just feels pitty for me. I have no evidence whatsoever to back this fact though.
