What are some good tips or resources to improve my conversation skills? I feel like i bore people too much so i want to work on improv or something. You know keep it lively and interesting and not make the other person feel like he HAS to respond or keep it going.

Improv is good. Read tj & Dave's book as well as Paul vaillancourt to get on the right track
How to win friends and influence people is awesome.
Juggler from the PUA community has a great video on conversation called like bootcamp which is almost 3 hours.
Then go out and try it on people, find who you're compatible with, and have fun taking risks in conversations!
