I've been with the same woman for years.
Living together, same friends.
Everything but married.
I've been in and out of something with another woman for years.
Timing was never right.
Saw her again tonight at a show.
We were both with long term significant others.
Ran into each other during show.
We left and got drinks.
She confessed she loved me and I said the same.
I meant it.
We lamented that we were both in cohabitated relationships.

Should I chase it? I think I love her. I tmight be the feeling, but I can't tell anyone about this and it hurts.

TL;DR When meeting an old flame, while currently in a long term relationship, am I loving those past feelings or could there be more there

Before you decide to ruin your girlfriends life for your own selfish wants leave her , even if this is just a passing fling , pretending to be totally committed to a girl while really loving another is like bottom of the barrel.
