What I understand is that you have a lot of stress. Don't name what you have by using Internet. You should go to a doctor to talk about how you feel,he would tell you what it is better.
I also used btw to don't talk because I feared that I would say something stupid. I didn't like friends,I couldn't trust anyone. With the right help I got rid of all these.

It really isn't that similar. I, somehow, have many friends, im obsessed with having friends and loving people, but I feel like I know them and they don't know me. Like they just think of me as "this guy with a big heart who doesn't talk much, but when he does, everyone laughs for some reason".

I want to be taken seriously, and I want to be able to talk about dumb shit and do stupid stuff without overthinking everything. Are there any internet seminars on that subject?

I don't know but there are too many psychology issues. All I see is surely stress and maybe low confidence? I would better suggest you a psychologist. Even if you can't because of the cost,just go one time to tell your problem,and ask a diagnosis.
