What the just happened? Was this a stroke? Couple hours ago suddenly

I don't know but I had something similar.

Years ago, I was riding my bike.
Then my vision began to dim and ears began to ring.
My jaw felt loose and my mouth filled with saliva.
When I got off my bike and sat down, I couldn't see. My vision was so far restricted. I felt cold and shivering despite the summer heat.

I ate a protein bar and rank water while my vision was gone. I sat there for more than ten minutes with my head between my legs. I was blind the whole time while my ears made roaring noises inside my head.

I went to see a doc after for tests and nothing came up.

I have no idea what it means but whenever I hear that echo of blood in my ears, I feel afraid.

I think it was a heart thing. Maybe a rogue palpitation or something.
The symptoms are very similar to oxygen deprivation.

I may have had a stroke then. Maybe you did too. Just go to the doc.

I am 25 years old and until now I had almost the same symptoms 4 times totally in the past :/ to me it was stroke as my doctors said. But we can't find what the hell causes it. Each stroke lasted for 20-25 mins and I couldn't see from the one side,it was something like seeing almost white and also,I couldn't speak well.You really need to go of course to a doctor. The medical tests that you have to do are a MRI, full test in both eyes, a carotid triplex and blood exams. I did them,they were all clear but my cholesterol was way too high. But my doctors can't find what it causes it.( I am thin btw)

Also,you need to know that if you have a stroke you have high chances to have another stroke in the next 3 months so leave 4chan and go to a doctor or a hospital. My last 2 strokes were into 2 months.
