This is the only book you'll need. Fredrik Eklund is came from Sweden to America, started off in gay porn, and now he's one of the most successful businessmen in real-estate. He and his husband travel the world seeing amazing places together. I highly recommend his book.

1. No book can fix your life. (No, not even THAT one.)

2. You probably know 95% of what you should be doing already. So do it.

3. Motivation is fleeting. You need DISCIPLINE. If you know you need to exercise three times a week for at least a half hour, then you fucking do, no matter how tired you are, you'll make it up next week, you just doing feel like it, etc. If you need to get a job, you fill out applications and beg for interviews no matter how many people tell you know or blow you off. If you need another job to make ends meet, you sacrifice your internet time and flip burgers at Hardee's.

It is very hard at first, but it does get easier and you will see and feel the results... ah shit, I'm writing a fucking self-help post.

From my experience, since I'm someone that can get really lazy, is that you need to advance by little steps, you aren't going to be all active in just one day. It takes time to get used to it.
I'm currently starting to get more things done now, and in one month I'll not be lazy again like now, try that I guess.
