bed bugs will bite and cause irritation throughout the day. it's not like you only get symptoms while in bed.

if the infestation is real bad then it won't matter if you change sheets and such since everything is compromised.

this is assuming you even have bites. you won't miss them. same with flea bites. these won't go unnoticed.

could just be dry skin. have you tried moisturizing?

Once I had this happen to me, I was SEVERELY itchy for 24 hours and I was raw from scratching. I was so afraid I would never feel normal (not itchy) again. Nobody quite figured out what happened but I told my mom who was also my doctor and she took me off the antibiotics I was on for acne, just in case I was allergic. Got better the next day. Are you on any medication?

No shit I had this. For literally months I was scratching myself like I was losing my mind.
In the end, I narrowed it down to using biological washing liquid to wash my clothes.
I changed to non-bio stuff to put in the washing machine, also stopped using conditioner on my clothes during the wash.
No more itching.
I'm a UK fag btw so you may have different names for stuff, I'm talking about the shit I put in the washing machine to clean my clothes.
Took a few washes to get the existing stuff out, but I was good after a week or so.
