Hey guys I need your help,
I'm a 29 years about to get 30 this month married with children and I've been working in this place for almost a year but I got the feeling there's going to be layoffs and all of the sudden this old cunt who was indifferent now treats me bad she has a close relation with the boss who happens to be a female now my boss doesn't even talk to me she just ignore me completely obviously I've figured out she's biased even that I'm more efficient and have a good relationship with everyone but these 2 people are like the biggest friend and its because this old cunt licks her boot and talks shits behind my back I'm almost sure she lies and exaggerated things, how can I keep my job I really need it I'm full of debts also I don't live in the USA so please excuse my English.

Get reference letters immediately.
Be polite to your boss on a regular basis.
Start looking for another job as soon as possible.
Use your vacation time for interviews.
Leave with a two week notice.

I tend to over think too much but last time I got the same feeling and I got fired me and like 50 people I live in a small city the situation here is very complicated and the professional environment is extremely competitive I can do that but it won't really help me.
