first off, no one forces you to do anything.

second, how other people react to you "speaking up" is their fucking problem

you need to grow a backbone. unless you are dependent on these people you owe them nothing, so tell them that, and dont take their shit

all your life people will try to convince you to take their shit, sometimes youll do it to be polite, sometimes you wont even know youre taking their shit, but the point is its something youll have to fight against your whole life. just put a stop to it now. if someone asks you to do something, and you dont want to, just dont do it.

if they guilt you, say fuck'em and move on. if they threaten you, challenge them. its ok to fight, its even ok to fight and lose. bullies arent really worried about winning or losing, in fact even if you lose every fight youll come out ahead because messing with you just wont be worth the trouble.
