How to find a partner for a serious relationship ship as a young programmer/pervert/philosopher/useless piece of shit ?
Wherever wastes of human life like yourself find friends is a good start. Finding a partner is dead simple, just find a good enough friend you trust to spend the rest of your life with; bonus points if you're physically attracted to each other.
So, clubs, conventions, work wherever you met your best friends is a good place to look.
And, just for me, don't start out with the mindset of looking for a partner. Another Anon here put it best when saying "finding love is like finding your keys. The moment you stop looking is when you find it." Look for cool new people and, as corny as it sounds, let love find you.
And maybe with a partner to keep you in line you'll stop being such a miserable failure ;)
Good luck, Anon.

Nah I also learned lisp but programming is pretty useless for social contact

A more serious note there are no real meet ups regarding my interests in my area at least for my age (17) and my social surrounding is pretty small and also not really a help
