I got caught on a traffic camera after getting caught in an intersection because someone turned in front of me and i had to brake, If I get an internal review will they drop the charges? I live in Victoria Australia

What the fuck, that's not how traffic cameras work. If you were going over the speed limit, you're fucked anyway. If not, you pulled an emergency stop and saved a live (because you were under the speed limit)
