I'm doing nofap, I'm on day 50. I haven't noticed many positives. Pretty much more discipline in other areas of your life because you resist urges. You get horny all the time but you get used to it which is nice. A lot if sex dreams.
I had sex and felt really sad and weak and drained afterward but idk if that was busting a nut or b/c the girl was a garbo fatty.
The negatives are basically spending a lot of time on PMO, especially if you edge. Possibly seeing women as sexual beings exclusively if you don't socialize.

Personally, I think saving time is a great benefit of not fapping. I can easily spend hours looking at porn when I do fap, and if you do that everyday that's like 2+ hours you could be spending doing something to improve your life like working out, studying, hobbies, or learning a language. I think that's really the main appeal of not fapping for me, it really adds up as a huge drain on your free time.
