just kidding, you can work as a waiter on the weekends (when rich people are out enjoying their free time) and make a decent amount of money. you just have to be willing to give up having a normal social life since when most people will be out partying or dining out you will be there serving them. if you work at the right place you can make a lot in tips.

Sure, what are you interested in? Your local community college will have many different certification and trades programs to get you a good job. The military is also an option to get your life back on the right track.

Work a trade. Start a service business. Join the army.

OR get a job at UPS. There plenty of room for advancement since it runs off a work union. Start off as a package handler and you can advance to management or driver. They make like 85k a year, but work a lot of OT

Working part time also has full time benefits (covered insurance)
