So good news, I quit smoking last week. Bad news, I feel like shit. I want to know how long this is supposed to last and if it's normal. I have allergy like symptoms (sore/dry throat, stuffy nose), a foggy brain where it's hard to think/concentrate, and I feel sort of down and under motivated. Also do you guys think vaping might help with the symptoms, if this is from not smoking? I have an older one, might use it.

I can get over the physical symptoms and depressed bullshit but it's the mental fog that's killing me, I feel sort of caged like a rat and really anxious, can''t think straight. Funny you say that, I actually jerked off right before I posted this as a way to vent my frustration and anxiety. Might have been a bad idea. I've tried nofap before, I enjoy the feelings of higher energy I get but after a few days I start to get a little to aggressive/horny and fucking just dominates my mind, turns me into a daydreaming neanderthal. On that note though I have turned down my fapping to just once a day and I've stopped watching porn which is good.

Yeah I see what you mean, it's probably not a bad idea to consider. As to the other stuff you posted I actually do meditate a little bit and use the Win Hoff breathing method with hot/cold showers and all that after I lift, so that has kept me in pretty good spirits/health. Hell, I'm probably just being depressed because today isn't lift day lol. I used to have a cig after I worked out and took a shower.

I do the cold for the health benefits only and haven't looked back since. Hot water is just foreign to me but this is just my preference.
