First off, stop beating yourself up. Occasionally struggling to keep an erection going throughout sex is extremely common. Chances are that most guys have had it happen at least once, or will.

It's very possible that this is just due to stress. Intense pressure to maintain an erection can, ironically, make it a lot harder to maintain an erection.

It's also possible that there may be a physiological cause, which you'd obviously have to see a doctor to have confirmed. Even if that's it's still not a death sentence for your sex life. There's simple treatments and such that you can discuss with your doctor.
