Addicted to extreme porn.
24/m I'm sure this is a familiar story across the board....
My brain wasn't designed to have instant access to all forms of pornography imaginable in my pocket.
Sometimes I'll view this stuff 3-4 times a day. It's slowly changing my worldview and perception of women. Sometimes I can't even get hard with a girl in person without thinking of something fucked up.
Anybody got effective methods of trying to curb this habit? I've tried willpower but it isn't fuckin working. It works until I feel shit and then I'm straight back down the rabbit hole.
You can't force correct your brain man. You need to just avoid it and isolate yourself and distract yourself from it little by little and keep on thinking about how fucked up it is and WAIT for your brain to change by itself. Keep acknowledging your problem though. Keep knowing it is a problem and as long as you do that eventually the chances are good that at some point your brain will tell you what you should do as far as keeping away, or focusing on other activities. Try and feel guilty. Turn that acknowledgement into guilt at how messed up you have become. It might motivate you to not watch it so much.
Add leechblock or stayfocusd or something like that to your browser and make it not allow you access to the control panel after you add all the porn to it

If you are truly an addict, seek professional help. I'm sure you can kick the habit on your own, though.
Get something that keep you occupied and out of the house. Harder to fap then. And when you come back, you'll be tired, so less likely to fap.

I seriously think you shouldn't waste your time or money on a pro for this shit. In order for a pro to work he has to cooperate and help himself. I doubt he's going to stop when a pro tells him to stop because he just said he can't stop when he tries.
brother, I didn't read the replies. take it from an old fag.
cold turkey. stop.
when you feel the urge, do push ups or go for a walk.
same with online. minimize it to an hour a day.
be busy.

He is asking, so at least he is trying. Don't make excuses for him.

I'm not making excuses for him to not stop. I'm trying to say that money could be better spent on something else. He could buy a PS4 maybe if he doesn't already have one and get hooked on video games.

it is definitely possible.
not telling you how, because figuring out how is already the first step

You need a triumph of the will.
Watch videos of anything but porn.
Cut it off or else you're fucking finished.
1 love amigo

This so much. Just cut it all out man.

Your brain wasn't designed, period.
Dumbass
I watched porn for some time, even though I didn't really enjoy it, but it was considered normal for teenagers to do it, so I did it too. Around one year ago I stopped for a long time, I sometimes relapsed this summer but most of the time without porn and when I watched porn, it was very brief. Right now I didn't watch porn for more than a month and I don't plan to ever go back.
Why? Because
1) Porn is filmed prostitution, no real emotion, nothing, just people desperate for money. Nobody ever dreamed of becoming a pornstar.
2) The fact that you actually watch filmed prostitution and fap alone in your room like a savage is just disgusting.
Try to imagine yourself from the side.
3) Porn ruins your ability to love, you start seeing women as objects.
4) Porn will give you erectile disfunction. I can get aroused by any somewhat good-looking woman in a store if I want to in the matter of seconds or any model in the fashion magazine. Can you?
5) Successful men just don't fap, they use their energy in other way.
I always reminded myself those things when I felt an urge, but right now I am so disgusted by porn that I regret I ever started watching it in my life.

How do you know that?
