Is this situation kind of sleazy?
I'm getting drinks tonight with my current rommate's (and good friend for 4 years) ex-girlfriend. They were together for about 3 years prior and broke up about 4 months ago.
I know that when we lived together before their break up his ex and I had exchanged a lot of casual glances and I feel that we have some attraction to one another. If things get intimate, would it be sleazy to sleep with her?

The fact that you are asking us and not your roomie indicates it sort of is.
Were you friends with his ex before they dated?
The best way to figure it out is decide if getting laid is worth falling out with your roomie, or just ask him if it is a problem (it might all be water under the bridge for him).
Even if he does say it is ok, consider planning for an unexpected change of circumstances.

I know that he has said that once they were done they would be done for good. I know for a fact that he doesn't want to get back with her and she says that she doesn't have feelings for him anymore.
Even if he doesn't care to be with her anymore, I know that he would hold that against me since that's the type of person he is.
