Here's a list of things I want to accomplish

>stop drinking caffeine

>go to gym 4 days a week

>practice guitar 1 hour a day

How many of these should I be working towards? Also, where the fuck do I start. I can barely get a homework assignment done without hours of procrastination. This list for me has remained more or less unchanged for 2 years now, and I've gotten some of them for short periods of time but never all at once. Is this lifestyle even possible? I'm a student at uni.

That lifestyle is absolutely possible, most of the things you've mentioned are just habits. Diet, weed, biting your nails, porn, and 4chan are probably the easiest to fix because you don't really need to set aside time for them. So work on those for about a month till you get in the rhythm of things. Then start waking up at 6 am and walking. That part is going to suck for a bit, but it'll help fix your sleep schedule because you'll start getting tired earlier. If you want to smoke weed or watch porn start doing something else that you want to do like exercising, reading, playing guitar... Not meditating, because you want to keep your mind active enough not to crave your old bad habits. If you stick to a schedule and a routine, it should be a piece of cake in about 3 months or so.

Not going to comment on anything else but I would say to you don't get caught up in the water meme.

Drink enough that you arent thirsty. To the point of nearly clear piss is good. Drink more of the days you gym and less on the days you do nothing. Someone who sits of their ass all day ina cold climate will not need to drink anywhere near as much as someone near the equator for example. Some days I drink well over 4L of water (3hrs of Sport) and others I drink 2 glasses.

I would not bother trying, as you can limit your browsing, and browse beneficial boards; many of your questions would have better answers on their specific boards. Similar results, and you could start now.

Easily accomplished, starting now, though it can have adverse effects, if you were heavily involved, or have friends that are.

Caffeine, like many things, is healthy in moderation, and would be better to limit. I would cut energy drinks out, mostly. You can also do this now.

A true change in diet is a lifestyle change. Start by researching what a person of your height, and weight, needs on a nutritional level, and then can begin when you shop.

This is also a lifestyle change. I would start working out at home, invest in some cheaper equipment, and see if you can keep to it. If so, then pay for a gym membership.

This can also happen now. Keep a water bottle with you, hydrate regularly, and piss spring water.

>practice guitar 1 hour a day
Just do it, simple as that.

To what end? I would never put a time constraint on something that can have so many positives, unless it is required. This is also something you can do now.

For any particular reason? I would hold off on this, as your days are becoming full, when considering this list, work, and so on.

I wouldn't bother, if you plan on working out.

Set alarms.
