This might sound stupid, but actually taking care of your appearance. Girls have the advantage of having a vagina to attract male attention, however they also have the advantage of makup. So for guys it's taking care of your appearance. take care of your weight (not necessarily skinny), and I suggest tattoos, piercings, and the hipster look- the more you look like you care, the more woman will want you.
