if you think you might have bed bugs check your sheets for small red or brown stains

those are stretchmarks, even if you're super skinny you're probably unhealthy as fuck and eat bad, so your weight most likely fluctuates at times, which can cause really bad stretch marks; the faster the weight gain and then weight loss, the worse the stretch marks tend to be because your body is stretching quickly to accommodate the new weight and then all of a sudden it's gone because you stop eating/change your diet again.

Might be a stretch mark. Could also be ringworm or some other kind of fungus. I had some that looked kind of like that on my thigh for a long time before I found out what it was. Get some head and shoulders or selsun blue (the active ingredient needs to be selenium sulfide) and put it on your skin (leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off) and see if it goes away. That's what the doctor would prescribe but it's cheaper to just buy shampoo.
