Don't do this! I am recovering from an eating disorder and it was horrible. I almost died several times.
Starting yourself is putting you down this road. Do more cardio. Est several small meals per day, you will lose weight. Starving yourself will only lead to disaster and unimaginable pain.

Until you're happy. Careful you'll probably either have a hard to getting hooked to not eating or you'll feel you're not good enough even at your lowest weight. Set goals for your self. Look up pro ana stuff as well. Especially for motivation

Starving yourself will not make you lose weight bruaph. Just try to avoid starch based foods. Eat salads, chicken, fish. Anything light. Maybe go for a run, or bike a bit. Works better than starving!!!
