This is so fucking true. Everytime i go to /soc/ and see the body rate thread i get mad. Man that are 10, so they are similar to people like CR7 or even better are rated 7,5\8. While woman that are 6\6,5 are rated 8 or more. There are some general things to do.
First of all, just do them, don't think about them, reason or hesitate or deliberate over them.
Do them. Like the guy above me said about a gym.

1. eat healthily. read about foods to boost testosterone. testosterone makes you happier,and more confident. in control.
2. sunshine, make sure you have a good a!ount every day.
3. exercise. build some muscle. do it every day? start with pushups, work your way up. move onto weights after a few months and have built up core strength.
4. do new things,,things that challenge you. that you are a little bit afraid of. can be being social, heights, learning something like a language.
5. travel. you have the money. go somewhere new, alone. for at least a few weeks. don't make a grand plan, travel aimlessly. thinking of the next day or next few days as you are going along. stay in hostels, socialise with interesting people.
6.challenge yourself. what do you find difficult, or scary. do those things. don't be reckless, just challenge.
7. volunteer for something.
8. live in another country, felt on other people.
9. grow some things, plants vegetables, fruit, herbs. let the, mature, then pick and cook with them. it's a rewarding thing.

Try some things. It is about persepective.
