You can practice with a therapist until you get used to it.

Most people don't actually want to know how your day's going anyway so it's not like a really essential skill.

Second this, used to have same problem but then when I started sharing feelings realised that no one really wants to hear them anyway, so gave up.
Just write that stuff in a diary or some shit to offload it.
