Let me give you some honest advice.

I'm one of those guys who's been the friend of girls with boyfriends. I never get shit for it because I don't try to make passes or even act inappropriate with them. I won't lie and say I'm not attracted to these girls. I won't lie and say I wouldn't date them if I could. Most of the time we are friends because the feelings are not mutual (one of us is interested but the other isnt), not because they aren't there.

It is safe to say though that If you are dicking her she is with you. Most guys including myself don't have a lot of "game" and you don't need to worry about losing her to a male friend, UNLESS they used to have a history of dating or hooking up.
