Like, am I overthinking the age gap thing as something bad or is it not a huge deal? Also, how do I even approach a co-worker romantically? SHOULD I even approach her, why or why not?

Age gap isnt bad, she might like that youre older if you act mature as well. Chances are, if she likes you shes with it, if not you get rejected. Talk to her about stuff not work related then go do that stuff.

Im in a situation like that. I'm 20 and this girl is 18 and both managers. She's a good friend and she's always at my apartment and one night we got really drunk and cuddled the whole night.

If you want just the two of you, get a drink or dinner with her. Like, ask her out, or just mention some obscure cinema-nerd ass movie that seems interesting and not overwhelming. Talk about different movies you bith like then mention something based on what she knows. If she likes Bowie, talk about the Labrynth or whatever his hack-ass acted in
