I drank screwdrivers in class on syllabus day each semester and never got drunk. Got a nice buzz once but other than that nothing

ive thought about this a lot myself too. problem is your drinking going into a place you wont continue to drink. So if you do this once.. twice.. three times, before you know it you need shots everytime you go out in public.

Suffer the anxiety, suffer the anti social fever, for the overall victory in the long run.

Damn guys, chill. OP can take a shot if he wants to before classes, same shit as having a beer on lunch break. Indulging a little bit and wanting to have fun a few times is not going to lead to him shooting heroin under a bridge.

I got routinely tipsy if I only had one class that day. English Comp and philosophy was a fucking blast after a preclass drinking session. Never so much that I was obviously drunk even though it was not explictly against the rules. Just cannot drink on campus.

I love drinking but strictly speaking not an alcoholic.
