Adv,
My friends and family don't respect me. I do well for myself financially, am self sufficient and a decent person. But my communication skills are garbage. This leads to others simply cutting me off mid sentence and or getting annoyed with me. What do I do? I'm getting sick of being a weak speaker that stutters and forgets words.
It's effecting my life and relationships.

I'm just pissed off because it makes me seem like I'm weak spoken and and obnoxiously slow.
