What should I do when my parents ask me for money? The same people that gave me so much shit growing up whenever I asked for anything more than $10 are hounding me every paycheck for $100. Idk it just seems like a really shitty thing to do using the fact that they raised me as leverage. I've already given in once, I don't want to keep giving these scumbags money. Granted I don't really spend my money much and just sit on it, but still I'd rather have it in case of an emergency rather than have them draining at it and make me beg for it later when I actually need it.

Tell them that they could of aborted or adopted (or just used a condom) you if they didn't want to pay for you.
Anyway, if you're over 18, asking for rent is fair.
