I keep on having dreams about a guy I used to know, who killed himself last May. We hooked up in high school and he was my first heartbreak. When we were in high school we were both fucked up people coming together. He killed himself bc his wife left him and posted pics of her bruised face all over their facebook. How do I stop having these dreams. Also I would like to control my dreams, through lucid dreaming, but I don't even know what I'd want the outcome to be. Anyone know how to help?
