I lost a ton of weight and all of a sudden, women find me desirable. People look me in the eyes. I'm struggling to deal with people looking at me, I'm used to being invisible.
How do I stop being a sperg and start being alpha?

i find eye colours really interesting, so i always look for the eye colour of whom i talk to (no staring of course).
